Hi, . Have any of you completed the couch to 5k, what are your thoughts? I kinda like it, but i feel as if i could do more, at least in the first week, 3 out of 7 days sounds like too little imo And what kind of stretches should a person do after/before running? How long should the stretching part last? 2. How do you compensate when it's raining outside? This is the most important question i have because in like 2 months my city is going to be drenched with rain daily and i don't wanna solely rely on running (can't join a gym cuz i'm cashless and doing cardio at home always ends up with me on the floor, hating myself a bit more than i usually do; when i'm outside it's way easier and actually enjoyable) Please help.
